Jeff McGinnis brings over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector to ACT. A graduate of Belmont University with an Exercise Science degree, Jeff honed his leadership skills while playing basketball and golf for the Bruins.
Following his graduation, Jeff dedicated his time to education and coaching before transitioning to the banking industry. Throughout his career, he has maintained a deep passion for fostering a sense of belonging and value within communities, emphasizing individual worth beyond accomplishments which led him into the non-profit sector.

Jeff has a proven track record of success in fundraising, community outreach, and leadership within several local non-profit organizations. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, their two daughters, two sons-in-law, and their beloved granddogs.
